How do I become a promoter on After The Club?
First you need to Register your details. Click on the text link on the Clubbing and Bar promotions login page and then complete the form that is displayed to you. Please enter your details as fully and accurately as you can and click the checkbox to confirm that you accept our terms and conditions.
When you've completed the form, click the Submit button. Once your details have been added to our database we will send you an e-mail containing your password. Login to AfterTheClub Promotions using your user name and password and proceed with setting up your events as described below. You can change your password by clicking the amend your details link.
How do I add my Nightclub or Bar?
Click the letter that your venue begins with in the Add A Venue section, then select your venue from the list of Nightclubs or Bars that is displayed. Your venue will be added to the list of clubs and bars shown in the Your Current Venues list on the previous page.
How do I add events to my Nightclub or Bar?
Click the name of a venue from the Your Current Venues list, the full venue details will be shown along with the names of any events. You can modify the telephone number and website address of your venue and save them by clicking the Update button or remove the venue from your list by clicking the Delete button.
Click the text link to add a new event to your venue or click the name of an existing event to amend or delete. Up to 10 events may be listed for any one venue, you can add or adjust the contents of your events at any time..
How do I publish my events?
Once you've set up your events you're ready to publish them on the AfterTheClub website. Choose the subscription period you wish your events to be displayed for at each of your venues then click the Activate Venues button. You will then be directed to our WorldPay secure payment page. Once payment has been received your event details will be published on the AfterTheClub website, we'll e-mail you a reminder when the subscription period is about to expire.
What happens once my events are published?
Your events will be visible via a link from the main venue pages on the AfterTheClub clubbing site and also from the What's On In Your Town section.
How many clubbers see my events?
You can view the number of times your events have been viewed by clubbers by selecting a venue from the Your Current Venues list then clicking the View Statistics button.
Can I format and layout my events using HTML?
Yes, an example of how to structure your HTML is show below. Please be sure to begin and end your submission with the <TABLE> tags and do not exceed the 450 pixel WIDTH limit.
