You will assume full responsibility for both your own use of the account and that of a third party. The Promoter grants to AfterTheClub a world-wide, non-exclusive licence to re-produce and display the promotional information (including trademarks and brand features contained therein) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. AfterTheClub will not be prohibited from carrying promotions for events in competition with those of the Promoter. 2. Payment You will be charged according to the promotion period selected for each venue. All charges will be paid in advance of the promotion period in Pounds Sterling or Euros. Refunds are at the discretion of AfterTheClub and are only in the form of complimentary promotion time. 3. Restrictions & Prohibitions You or any authorised third party will not advertise anything illegal or promote any fraudulent or illegal practice in any country where your advertisement is displayed. You confirm that all information provided is correct and current and that you have and grant AfterTheClub all rights to display your advertisements. Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of your account and you may be liable to legal action. 4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer The Promoter agrees to indemnify AfterTheClub against all expenses, damages and losses in connection with any claims including without limitation; claim of copyright or trademark infringement, libel, defamation, breach of confidentiality or any advertising codes or practices from advertisements or material to which visitors can link via the advertisement. 5. Right To Reject Advertisement The content of all advertisements are subject to the approval of AfterTheClub. AfterTheClub reserve the right to cancel any advertisement or URL link therein.
